OUR APPROACH
Pain is not always caused by only one problem. We look at the painful area together with movement, strength, flexibility and daily activity.
We listen to your symptoms, medical history, activities and goals.
Physical examination and appropriate imaging help identify the cause.
We explain available options and choose a plan based on your condition.
Rehabilitation can help restore movement and reduce the risk of recurrence.
TREATMENT OPTIONS
Treatment is selected according to your diagnosis, symptoms, lifestyle and goals. When hospital-based care or surgery is more appropriate, we can discuss the next step.
REGENERATIVE MEDICINE
Platelet-Rich Plasma therapy uses a concentrated portion of platelets prepared from your own blood. It may be considered for selected joint, tendon and ligament conditions.
Knee osteoarthritis, tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, Achilles tendinopathy, patellar tendinopathy and selected ligament or tendon injuries.
When appropriate, ultrasound is used to identify the target area and guide the injection.
PRP is prepared from your own blood at the clinic using the TGOC protocol.
In suitable cases, preparation and treatment can be completed during the same visit.
NON-INVASIVE TREATMENT
Focused extracorporeal shock wave therapy delivers controlled energy from outside the body to a selected painful or injured area. It does not require surgery or an injection.
Treatment suitability and the recommended number of sessions are determined after medical evaluation.
SPORTS MEDICINE & REHABILITATION
Reducing pain is only one part of recovery. Our rehabilitation team also looks at movement, strength, posture, balance and physical function.
Programs are adjusted to your diagnosis, symptoms and level of activity.
We look for movement patterns and physical factors that may contribute to symptoms.
Progressive rehabilitation supports a safe return to training and competition.
Strength, mobility, balance and activity advice can help reduce repeated injury.
